  1. Mentoring: appropriate if you would like develop your skills as a yoga teacher.
  2. Coaching: appropriate if you would like to develop your personal yoga practice and/or specific areas of your life such as nutrition and life style issues. This option is also for guidance with exercise programs, fitness training and sports conditioning.
  3. Teaching: if you would like to just learn about a subject or technique within the areas of yoga, yoga therapy, exercise, fitness, testing, programming, plant based nutrition.
  4. Instructing: Simple, safe and effective 121 work were i guide you through a yoga practice specifically created for you.
